AB ATTACK

A 30 Minute workout to strengthen your Core and surrounding Abdominal muscles Here you will learn new Core and Abdominal exercises in which you can incorporate into your own training program.

AQUA

This class uses the properties of water resistance to get in shape while minimizing the impact to joints and back. Aqua classes are of moderate intensity and improve strength, mobility, flexibility, and endurance. The classes are great for all, including  those desiring a lower impact workout. No swimming ability required, FUN provided.

BOXFIT

This class is designed to condition you into a fit, lean and powerful individual, using fundamentals of boxing along with functional based movements, means you’ll be leaving feeling fit and energized!

BOOTCAMP & CIRCUITS

Is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance. Typically addressed with minutes or reps! This class will always allow you to work at your own level.

 CYC-FIT

An awesome indoor cycling class that provides a big calorie burn! – involving hills, climbs, flats, and much more!you are sure to break a sweat. A great way to increase lower body strength and cardiovascular endurance. Get there a few minutes early so the instructor can help set up your bike!

Beginners

An indoors cycling class that prepares and conditions you to take the next step onto our Cyc-Fit classes.


HIIT FIT

Is a form of interval training, alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods. HIIT is the concept where an individual performs a short burst of high-intensity (or max-intensity) exercise followed by a brief low-intensity activity, with times varying based on a participant's current fitness level.

KETTLEBELLS

This class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning by challenging both the muscular and cardiovascular systems with dynamic, total body movements. Also increase co-ordination and joint mobility.

L.B.T

A class designed to tone and shape the areas we all want to improve, our legs, bums and tums! This class will include toning exercises, floor work on a mat and some cardio work. All participants are encouraged to work within their own fitness level
